When you submit our contact form, we collect your name and phone number solely to respond to your service inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used only to contact you about your excavation or tree-service request. We may keep a record of your inquiry for internal follow-up.

SMS Communications

If you choose to receive text messages from Keystone Excavation & Tree, we use your mobile phone number to send service-related communications about estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates, arrival information, secure estimate or invoice links, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this service.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Customers must take an affirmative action to opt in, such as selecting an unchecked consent checkbox or clearly saying “yes” after the SMS program is explained. Entering a phone number alone does not create consent. Message frequency varies, typically up to 5 messages per week during active projects. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. After opting out, you may reply START or YES to rejoin where supported. We retain the phone number, consent status, consent source, and related message records as needed to administer the service, honor opt-out requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

SMS delivery is provided through Twilio. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
