This website is operated by Keystone Excavation & Tree. By using the website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.
Quotes and Services
Information submitted through the quote form helps us understand your project and contact you about excavation, grading, land clearing, tree service, and related work. A quote or estimate is not a contract for work until both parties agree to the scope, price, schedule, and applicable terms in writing.
SMS Communications
If you choose the “Text me” option and actively select the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, Keystone may send service-related text messages about estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, job updates, arrival information, secure estimate or invoice links, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this service.
Consent is optional and is not required to purchase goods or services. Entering a phone number or choosing “Text me” without selecting the checkbox does not create SMS consent. Message frequency varies, typically up to 5 messages per week during active projects. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Reply START or YES to rejoin where supported.
SMS delivery is provided through Twilio. We may retain consent and message records to administer communications, honor opt-out requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
